Stout aged on fresh orange peel, and vanilla beans. In true spice cake fashion, we layered in cinnamon, cardamom, and fennel seeds to create complexity and layers to create a truly one of a kind beer.
Our dark, chocolatey Night Sailor Stout aged on pounds of cocoa nibs, and sprinkled with sea salt. Dark chocolate and slightly bready notes reminiscent of dark chocolate covered pretzels and sea salted dark chocolate squares.
A dark Stout driven by a special blend of 6 chocolaty and roasty malts drives big chocolate and coffeehouse aromas smoothed out and elevated through a creamy nitro head.
When we hoped this beer it dropped in without any splashes. So…beer name was set. This all Citra and Galaxy beer hits all 10’s for us.
This beer is a crisp light lager with a malty sweetness that finishes on a subtle lemongrass note for a perfect balance.
We wanted a pallet cleanser that wasn’t hops or just another lager. This light (yet very dark) beer gets its cues from bigger ABV beers but packs them in a drinkable, smaller ABV.
