Duncan’s Quadrupel is a Belgian-inspired Strong Dark Ale fermented with a traditional yeast strain akin to the Trappist style. The ale is a rich, unfiltered brew that uses 100% New York State ingredients to produce an unbelievable flavor that doesn't betray it high alcohol content. Our local wildflower honey and Tarrytown hops round out our expression of the terroir of the Hudson Valley.
