About this product
Crafted with our Belgian yeast strain and a substantial percentage of this year’s hop harvest, “Toby” is a Belgian Strong Ale that balances American hop character with traditional Belgian flavor. “Toby,” like the namesake puppy it was named after, is a blend of traditional Europe and America. We use 100% New York State ingredients, including Tarrytown-grown hops to bring our expression of the terroir of the Hudson Valley to this traditional style.
